Licence
When you buy a Fankle Audio device, here's what you can do with it.
You can
- Use it on all of your own computers.
- Use it in any music you make, released or not, commercial or not. No royalties, no credit needed (though it's always nice).
- Open it in Max to see how it works, and change it for your own use.
- Download updates for free when they come out.
Please don't
- Share, upload, sell or give away the device files, changed or not.
- Pass off the device, or a changed version of it, as your own.
The small print
The licence is for one person. If a studio or school wants it on several people's machines, email me and we'll sort something out.
The devices are made with care and tested, but they come as they are. I can't promise they'll work with every future version of Live, and I'm not responsible for lost work. Save often, as with anything.
Refunds: if a device doesn't work for you, email hello@fankleaudio.com within 14 days of buying it and I'll give you a refund. After 14 days I can't offer refunds, but I'll still help you get it working.
Ableton, Live and Max for Live are trademarks of Ableton AG. Max is a trademark of Cycling '74. Fankle Audio isn't connected to either.
